F.A.S.T. (Faculty/Friends/Family Assisting Students in Trouble)

If you need to refer a student who is struggling with an academic, personal or emotional challenge, you should use our F.A.S.T. form. This is for non-emergency situations.

Off Campus Livability & Neighborhood Disruptions

Need to report an off-campus concern in the City of ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø to the Division of Student Affairs? Please use this form. 

Hazing

If you suspect a hazing incident has occurred,  please submit a RealResponse Report, to submit a report regarding the suspected incident anonymously. All reports submitted will continue to receive anonymous follow-up communication regarding the report as an investigation will be carried out by the Office of the Dean of Students.

You can text the number: 231-462-5933, to send an anonymous message regarding the suspected hazing incident and submit your report.

Basic Needs Request

The ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø's basic needs program provides on-campus dining meal assistance, temporary housing assistance, and emergency funds to support CofC students. This program is designed to assist students with unexpected and unavoidable expenses due to emergency situations such as accidents, illness, the death of a family member, fire damage, or the need for temporary housing. It is also intended to help students through food security concerns. 

Sanction Submission

To submit completion verifications (certificates, essays, hours logs, etc.) for sanctions assigned by the Office of the Dean of Students or the Department of Residence Life, please use the submission site below.
