How to Become a Market Process Scholar
Selection Process
Market Scholars are selected based on eligibility criteria and strength of application, which includes the application form, academic record, faculty recommendation, cover letter, and resume. Students are invited to participate in a panel interview conducted by ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø faculty, and Director of Student Programs Dr. Beatriz Maldanado. The application deadline is March 24, 2025.
Application Materials
To be submitted via the :
1) Application Form
2) Cover Letter 500-word cover letter should address the reason the applicant wants to be a Market Process Scholar and which of their attributes will contribute to the program
2) Resume
3) Class History obtained from Degreeworks in a PDF format (please note the class history is different from a degree audit)
4) Letter of Recommendation
Ask a faculty member to fill out the recommendation form by the deadline (March 24, 2025). The recommender will receive a link to the recommendation form with 24 hours of their information being entered in the Portal.
Application Deadline
The by March 24, 2025.
Also, please make sure to have a professor fill out the online recommendation form on your behalf before the deadline.
No paper or incomplete applications will be accepted.
