Registration & Refund Policy


Ready to enroll? Follow these simple steps to browse courses, register, and complete payment. You'll also find details on our refund policy and how to get help if needed.

How to Register

View upcoming courses in one place on our .

Each course webpage also has a “Register Now” button. Clicking this button will take you to our secure payment page in TouchNet Marketplace, where you can complete your registration.

You do not need to create an account. You can enter your contact email address, and Checkout as Guest to proceed to the payment page.

Registrants will receive a confirmation email and an email ahead of class with class details.

Refund Policy

For courses less than 3 sessions in length, a 100% refund minus the cost of any course materials will be granted prior to the start of the class. Once the class has started no refund will be granted.   

For courses of 3 or more sessions in length, withdrawal from the course before the third class/session will be eligible for a pro-rated refund minus the cost of any course materials. After the third session, no refunds will be granted. 

Your refund will be processed within 7 days of the initial approval. Please note that once we initiate the credit for your return, the credit/debit card company that issued the credit will determine the date the refund will be posted to your account. Please contact your credit/debit card company for the exact posting date. 

Any unpaid balances or returned payments are subject to potential collection activity. Collection fees may be added to the balance due, up to an additional 33 1/3% of the balance due.
