Joint Accreditation
Public Safety is a nationally-accredited law enforcement organization.
Public Safety is accredited by two independent, nationally-recognized accrediting agencies: The Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA) and the International Association of Campus Law Enforcement Accreditation Commission (IACLEA).
CALEA Accreditation
After conducting an inspection, assessors from the (CALEA) awarded the Advanced Law Enforcement Accreditation to the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Department of Public Safety.

IACLEA Accreditation
The department is also accredited by the (IACLEA) and was formally recognized at the awards ceremony held during the Opening General Session of the IACLEA Annual Conference.
