Research Interest
Tim’s work has centered on developing and implementing frameworks for risk assessment, crisis preparedness, and rapid response, as well as advising institutions on strategies to enhance resilience against emerging security challenges. In addition to applied practice, Tim has contributed to the academic and professional training of practitioners, integrating real-world case studies of crisis response and intelligence analysis.
