Training and Development
The ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø's Training and Development program aims to foster positive, progressive change in employees and departments within the College. We work to accomplish this goal by partnering with departments across the College and by providing professional development and skills training, coaching and consulting to ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø employees.
Our Training and Development office designs programs and instructional material intended to build the knowledge, skills, and abilities of the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø’s workforce by helping them develop and achieve their potential so that the departments they work for can succeed and grow.
We facilitate this development by delivering training, strategies and services focused on motivating, engaging, and educating a committed and high-performing workforce. We'll work to design the best solution to assist you or your team in achieving higher team morale and performance!
