Deana is a native of Tampa, FL and began serving as the Associate Director of Transfer Admissions in January of 2025. She earned both her bachelor's and master's degrees in communication from the University of South Florida. Her focus is making sure prospective transfer students feel supported and welcomed to the College!

Favorite spot on campus: Cistern Yard- The heart of campus and the perfect place to experience the charm and history of the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø.
Favorite ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø moment/tradition: Spring Commencement-graduates take part in a cherished ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø tradition, wearing white dresses or white dinner jackets to mark the occasion.
Favorite ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø restaurant: Hometeam BBQ (Have to try their nachos!)
My best college search process tip: Have grace with yourself, ask questions, and take things one step at a time. It can be an overwhelming process, but know that we are here to support you every step of the way!
