Erin O'Dea Halford is a certified career coach who enjoys helping people align their passion with purpose to land a successful and fulfilling career. Erin has 15+ years of experience coaching individuals and groups to identify their unique skills and qualifications and execute a plan to achieve their professional goals. She received her M.Ed. in counseling and B.A. from Providence College in Rhode Island and has worked for institutions including the Art Institute of ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø and Northeastern University in Boston. Her areas of expertise include resume writing and branding materials, self-assessment and exploration, networking and community building skills, and interviewing and salary negotiation strategies.


Cathy Ficzner

Cathy Ficzner performs logistical coordination, admissions, and marketing duties related to the MSA program. In addition, she works with the Executive Director of Continuing & Professional Education to coordinate continuing education operations. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sport Management from Baldwin Wallace University in Ohio. She earned her Master of Business Administration from the University of South Carolina. She brings 15+ years of Higher Education experience to the MSA program from four different institutions.

Conner Berger performs research, admissions, and marketing duties related to the MSA program. He earned his bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Texas Christian University.
