Research Interests

Dr. Kate O’Leary is an experienced learning designer and educator with over 17 years of expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and innovative teaching strategies. She has previously served as an Assistant Principal, Innovative Learning Coordinator, Instructional Coach, Teacher Effectiveness Specialist, and classroom teacher for grades 1st-5th. Dr. O’Leary specializes in integrating technology into education, fostering personalized learning, and innovative teaching strategies to transform education. Her research focuses on professional development in personalized learning, and she is dedicated to creating inclusive, engaging learning environments that support both students and educators.
