Sebastian Steadman is a thought leader recognized for his expertise in change management, strategic planning, process improvement, and strategic communications. For the last 17 years as a technology and transformation leader, he has managed engagements focused on change management, strategic planning, organizational design, leadership development, technology adoption, and innovation with senior executives and leaders across multiple industries resulting in the successful ideation, rapid prototyping, maturing, and adoption of transformations that have impacted some of the largest organizations in the world.

Sebastian completed his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø and Master’s in Business Administration from the Citadel Graduate College. He has completed several nationally recognized training certifications in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations, Georgetown's Change Management Advanced Practitioner, George Washington University's Strategic Planning & Management Performance Systems, Six Sigma process improvement methodology, and LaMarsh Certified Managed Change Practitioner.

Sebastian has been recognized for his contributions to the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø community as one of ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Regional Business Journal’s “Forty Under 40.” He co-founded Possibilities Without Borders, a charity supporting numerous university service learning projects to Africa. He currently serves on the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Department of Management and Marketing Advisory Board and leadership team Washington, DC TED Talk organization.
