Kirk Moore, President and Chief Executive Officer, is an accomplished executive with nearly forty years of diversified experience. He graduated from the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø, South Carolina, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1984.

Kirk began his career in public accounting, first with a regional firm in Philadelphia and later with Deloitte, a “BigFour” public accounting firm where he rose to the position of Audit Manager. His eight years in public accounting provided him with various industry experiences with both public and private companies in manufacturing, healthcare, construction, retail and distribution. In 1993, Kirk began work for MEDIQ Incorporated, a publicly-owned medical equipment and services company. As Manager of Financial Reporting, Kirk was responsible for all facets of SEC reporting for MEDIQ as well as its two publicly-owned affiliates. In 1996, he joined one of those affiliates, PCI Services, a pharmaceutical contract packager with operations in the United States, Britain, and Germany. As PCI’s Manager of Financial Reporting, Kirk was responsible for reporting to the SEC in the U.S. and oversaw the accounting and financial analysis for the British and German subsidiaries. In 1997, Kirk had the opportunity to become Corporate Controller for Owosso Corporation, a NASDAQ-traded manufacturer of engineered component products, including electric motors and heat exchange coils. Owosso had operations throughout the U.S. and Kirk was responsible for the integration of a number of successful acquisitions, as well as the start-up of a joint venture in the UK. In 2002, Kirk joined TW Metals, a global full-line specialty metals distributor, headquartered in Exton, PA, as V.P. Finance and Administration, and would soon become its Chief Financial Officer. In his role as CFO, Kirk was instrumental in TW’s expansion into China. In conjunction with the retirement of TW’s then-current CEO, in April 2017, Kirk was appointed as President and CEO.

Kirk has been married to his wife, Patty Fralinger, also a 1984 CofC graduate, for 38 years. They have four children and five grandchildren. Kirk is a former Board Member and Chairman of the Finance Committee for The MBF Center, a post-secondary school and employment center for adults with learning disabilities. More recently, Kirk served as Chairman of the Finance Committee for the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Alumni Association. In addition to spending time with his family, Kirk enjoys biking, the gym, and the occasional round of golf.
