Health systems of the future will require increased disaster resilience to protect and promote the health of populations and the healthcare workforce. Disaster resilience refers to the ability of a system to absorb, adapt, and transform during a disaster. Dr. Jordan's research explore how healthcare leaders promote disaster resilience in their organizations and communities.
